Primary 3 we’re delighted to take part in Mini Professor science lessons today. They had a wonderful time taking part in biology, chemistry and physics experiments. In Biology, children tested their tastebuds using different types of food - bitter, sour, salty and sweet. They also used their sense of smell to detect the different smells. In Physics, the children observed a super experiment on force as a balloon travelled across the room. They even got to make their own propellers to test out the force of gravity! In Chemistry, the children were SO excited to head outdoors and observe the chemical reaction between Coca Cola and mento sweets! Their faces say it all! We had such a fabulous time! We ended our day heating up with some yummy hot chocolate!
