Primary 3 thoroughly enjoyed their first visit from Action Mental Health to begin their ‘Little Healthy Me’ programme. We learned how to keep our bodies healthy and discussed our emotions and how to deal with them. We also learned a few useful mindfulness techniques to help our breathing.
