Our Eco Schools committee are thrilled to have been acknowledged for all of their hard work and commitment to improving Biodiversity, Recycling and Waste management in our school and local community.
Throughout the past 2 years, the current Primary 5 children have worked diligently to spread awareness about the importance of pollinators, planting flowers, creating bird feeders, hedgehog hotels, bug hotels, learning about animals and plants in our local environment, taking more responsibility in our recycling, encouraging others to recycle and how to recycle, taking part in numerous litter picks, sharing information, creating PowerPoints and posters as well as taking part in competitions and encouraging others to try as well. They have been nothing short of amazing! A massive well done to our Eco warriors - we are SO proud of you!!!!
