This afternoon we made our own pancake mix and then fried some pancakes in the pan. They were delicious.
We had a choice of butter, syrup or jam as toppings.
Try this easy recipe
1 cup flour
1 cup milk ( or a little less depending on how thick you want them)
1 egg
2 table spoons of sugar
A drop of vanilla essence
This makes approximately 8 pancakes.
