Primary five have been studying all about the human body, in particular about our teeth! So we decided to set up an investigation to find out how different liquids effect our teeth!
Chicken bones are a very similar material to the enamel in our teeth, so we decided to put chicken bones into a range of liquids! We used coke, a bubblegum drink, milkshake, lucozade, vinegar, boost, Sufi and water!
So we made some predictions, set our experiment, let it soak for a while then observe the results! Have a look at what we found! Although some of the pictures don't do it justice! We will have a very smelly classroom for a while!
